How do I update information about my digitial download?

If you want to provide further instructions to your backers about a digital download or access code, you can do so even after the download or code has been sent. The changes will be available in your survey for your backers to view. You can also update the name of your digital download or access code.

Pro Tip: If you sent a single access code to all of your backers, don’t change the code after you distributed it.

To update information about your digital download or access code:

1. On the menu on the left, click Digital Downloads.
2. Click the View Downloads link.
3. Find the distribution you want to change and click Edit.
4. Update the name, text, or instructions.
5. Click Update Download.
