I'm having trouble moving to the next page in my survey!

If you are having trouble moving to the next page in your survey, it’s likely because you’re operating on an unsupported browser/device combination. To fix the problem:

  1. Use Google Chrome. While other browsers may work, Chrome is the only fully supported browser on BackerKit.
  2. Try switching devices. BackerKit supports both mobile and computer browser interfaces.
  3. Clear your cookies/cache, close your browser, and try to access your survey again.
