How do I cancel my pledge?

You can cancel your pledge anytime before a campaign ends with the following steps: 

1. Log into your account on https://www.backerkit.com/.

2. Click on your profile in the top right corner and then click on "Your Pledges & Surveys." 

   

3. Click on "view pledge" next to the campaign.
4. Next to "Your Pledge," click on "Cancel pledge."

5. A pop-up will appear — click "ok" to confirm:

6. Once you see the pop-up below, you are all set!
