How do I contact Backer Support?
There are multiple ways to contact our Backer Support Team, but the following methods will provide us with a direct link to your pledge and the project you need assistance with. This makes it easier for our Backer Support Team to assist you!
From Your BackerKit Pledge
To contact BackerKit Backer Support regarding a BackerKit pledge, log into your BackerKit account and click on your profile in the top right corner. Click on "Your Pledges & Surveys" from the drop-down menu. Click "view pledge" next to the campaign you are inquiring about. Click on "contact us for help" on the right side of the page:
From Your Survey
If you're logged into your survey, you can reach the help section by clicking the Need Help? link in the top right corner:
You should then see the text box below, where you will be prompted to select the statement that matches closest to your question. If your question is still not answered, please click "Still have questions?" to type in your own response.
If you are not logged into your survey, you can look for your project on the Find your Backer Survey page and click "Need help? View the FAQ" to view the FAQ page for your project. The FAQ page will have specific information about your project. If you don't find an answer to your question, you can use the contact form that is available for that project. Look for the text box, "Still Have Questions? Contact Us" and fill out the form.
Need to contact us about something else?
If you have a question that is unrelated to an existing pledge or survey, you can still contact us by heading to our Contact Us form and selecting "I'm a backer." Under "I need help with something else," click on the link "find the project on BackerKit that you need help with on this page."
Scroll down and click on "Contact us" — this will open up your email portal so that you can send us an email.
