To contact BackerKit Backer Support, please use the contact link available within your BackerKit survey. This will provide us with a direct link to your pledge and the project you are asking about.

If you're logged into your survey, you can reach the help section by clicking the Need Help? link in the top right corner:

If you are not logged into your survey, you can look for your project on the Find your Backer Survey page and view the FAQ page for your project. The FAQ page will have specific information about your project. If you don't find an answer to your question, you can use the contact form that is available for that project.
