How can I cancel my pledge?

Since BackerKit doesn't have any access to the funds raised during the original campaign, we're not able to provide refunds for transactions made on Indiegogo or Kickstarter. You will need to contact the project creator directly to request a refund.

If you pledged on Kickstarter:

To contact the creator, click on the "Created by" link at the top of their Kickstarter campaign page, then scroll down to the bottom of the creator info and click "contact me."

If you pledged on Indiegogo:

On the top right side of the Indiegogo page, there is a link that says "Ask a Question", click that link to contact the project creator directly and request your refund.
