How do I update my shipping address?
In Your BackerKit Account
Click 'Settings' at the top of the page, and then click 'Update Address' - this will update your shipping details for all of your unlocked surveys.
If a project creator has already Locked Addresses, please reach out to them directly through their Campaign Page, or direct message requesting an address change. In some cases, after locking addresses, you may not be able to update as the information has already been sent to a Fulfillment Partner.
On Your Survey
To update your shipping information, click on your BackerKit survey confirmation link that was sent to your email. If you need this link to resent, please go to our survey recovery page here.
If your address is open, you will be able to see and click 'Edit Shipping Info' to update your shipping details. To update the country or state, please contact support for assistance. Since project creators charged different shipping rates depending on the country/state, only our admin team can update this information. Pro-tip: Some backers are able to get their country and state to change by updating their Zip Code!
If your address is locked, please contact BackerKit for assistance with your new shipping details or message the Project Creator through Kickstarter or Indiegogo with your new address for fastest resolution!
