How do I update my payment method?

In your survey:

To update your payment method, click on your BackerKit survey confirmation link that was sent to your email. If you need this link to be resent, please go to our survey recovery page here.

Once you have gotten into your survey confirmation link, click “Edit Your Order”. This will take you to your survey review page and you will see the option to add a new card in place of the one we currently have on file in the bottom-right corner of the page.

In your BackerKit account:

First start by logging in to your account. Once logged in, please click on “Settings” on the top of the page.

Once here, you will see the option to update both your shipping address and credit card information within BackerKit. 

Clicking “Add Payment Method” will update your card information across all surveys you have open that are not yet charged. (Keep this in mind in case you only want to use a certain card for a specific survey)

Once done, click the blue button stating “Add Card for (X) projects” and you’re all set! You’ve successfully updated your payment method for all your remaining surveys!
