What do the order states mean?
Each order will be marked with one of the states below. You can take actions on these orders whenever you're ready to move on to the next step in your fulfillment process. Each state corresponds to either the survey or fulfillment phase of your project and also represents payment states.

Backer has completed the survey, the order is locked, and their card is ready to be charged. |

Backer has completed the survey, the order is locked, and a charge was attempted but the card was declined. |
