How do I prevent backers from changing their survey answers?

After your survey deadline passes, you can prevent backers from changing their survey responses by locking their orders. When you lock orders, any backer who hasn’t filled out their survey can still do so, but backers who have already responded will be unable to make changes.

Note: Backers can still edit their shipping address after you lock orders.

Lock orders for all backers

1. On the menu on the left, click Lock Orders.

2. Click Lock Orders and/or Lock Pre-orders

Lock orders for a specific group of backers

1. On the menu on the left, click Segments.

   1. 

2. Select an existing segment or create a new segment.
3. You can click into each of the Actions within the segment to take action on just those backers, click Lock Orders and hit the Lock Orders (X)
