Can I change the settings for all my pledge levels?
Rather than editing each pledge individually, you can edit specific settings for your pledge levels on one screen. You can edit the settings for:
- Sending surveys to different pledge levels
- Collecting shipping addresses
- Allowing backers to switch pledge levels
- Setting pledge-level shipping fees
- Setting add-on item shipping fees
Important: You should make all changes to your pledge levels before sending your survey.
To make edits to settings for your pledge levels:
- On the menu on the left, click Pledge Levels.
- At the top of the screen, click the Batch Edit link.
- Find the settings you want to change and follow the instructions on the screen.
- If you want to adjust shipping fees, you can assign different shipping rates to different pledge levels.
- Click Save.

Important: If you edit shipping fees, any existing shipping fees you set will be removed and replaced with your new settings.
