How do I complete a backer's survey?

If a backer is experiencing technical issues, you can complete the survey for them.

To complete the survey for a backer:

Ask the backer to send you the answers to the relevant pledge questions.
On the menu on the left, click Backers.
Search for the backer by their name, email address, notes, or pledge ID.
When you find your backer, click their name.
Click View/Edit as Backer.
Complete the survey for the backer using the answers they provided.

Note: Only account admins can edit backer email addresses.
