How do I add BackerKit support as a team member in Indiegogo InDemand?

To use BackerKit with Indiegogo InDemand, you must add BackerKit support as a team member with full editing rights so BackerKit can import your backers.

To add BackerKit support as a team member:

1. On the Indiegogo website, open your campaign and navigate to Campaign Editor > Team > Campaign Team.
2. In the New Team Member Email box, enter hello@backerkit.com.
3. Check Grant this team member full editing rights on the campaign.
4. Click Send Invitation. Indiegogo sends BackerKit support an invitation email. After the BackerKit support team accepts the invitation, you can import your backers.
