How do I delete my digital downloads?

If you no longer need a digital download or access code, or a distribution rule for a digital download or access code, you can delete it as long as it hasn’t been distributed.

If you already started a distribution, you can delete the distribution rule to stop the distribution, but digital downloads or access codes that have already been sent to backers will remain available to them. Note: If a digital download is associated with a distribution rule, you must delete the distribution rule first.

To delete a distribution rule:

1. On the menu on the left, click Digital Downloads.
2. Find the name of the distribution rule you want to delete.
3. Click the trash can icon next to the distribution rule.
4. Click OK to confirm you want to delete the rule.

To delete a digital download:

1. On the menu on the left, click Digital Downloads.
2. Click the View Downloads link.
3. Find the download you want to delete.
4. Click the trash can icon next to the download.
5. Click OK to confirm you want to delete the download.
