Using PayPal with BackerKit's Pledge Manager

Requirements

You must have a PayPal Premier or Business account with PayPal. Please note that transaction fees apply for Paypal and these will be invoiced on a monthly basis. When using Paypal we also require Stripe to be connected.

Risks

It's important to note the risks associated with using PayPal to collect payments in BackerKit. PayPal can be very strict about their 30 day shipping window and can freeze your funds until proof of fulfillment or production are submitted. Please note that PayPal charges backers immediately after the backer checks out or completes the survey in BackerKit (So keep this in mind if your rewards are in the pre-production stage). Please be sure to read PayPal's user agreement so that you are aware of all risks and policies prior to enabling this payment method for your project.
