When are my rewards shipping?

Creators use BackerKit as their pledge manager, so we do not have direct involvement with production or shipping processes on our end. The best place to keep track of the shipping timeline for your rewards is on the campaign's Project Updates page. Due to current events, production and shipping have been delayed significantly across the globe. 

When your order is shipping, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. In the meantime, the best place to stay up to speed with shipping timelines is the campaign's individual updates page.
