Where can I find my digital downloads?

Your digital downloads are stored within your survey! Here's a helpful article if you can't find your survey.

It is possible that your digital downloads have not been distributed yet. Check your project's update page on the original campaign platform for more information about distribution. BackerKit doesn't have any direct involvement with the production process on our end, so we won't have any inside information on fulfillment timelines.

Once your digital rewards are available, you'll be able to find them in your survey confirmation page:

Click on the "Get Your Digital Rewards" button, and you should be able to access any digital downloads, codes, or passphrases the creator has included in your rewards.
