Using the Internal BackerKit Community Feed

As your backers complete their survey or pre-order, they can show support for your project by using the Community Feed to Tweet, post on Facebook, or Email to share their participation in pledging the project. Backers are able to like and share their survey completion progress.
To help with engaging with these backers, you'll have access to an Internal Community Feed allowing you to like and engage with your backers directly after they have completed their survey.

1) Accessing the Community Feed.

After surveys are live your Home Page will have a few dashboards with information. You'll find the Community Feed section on the right side of your Home Page, once backers have started completing and engaging with the survey.

2) Click View All.

Click the View All link in the bottom right corner of the Community Feed to expand.

3) Engaging with Backers.

a) Strengthen your bond with your most enthusiastic backers by liking their posts.

b) Share a Tweet with your followers to help encourage backers to complete their survey and share updates on the survey completion statuses with backers on social media.

4) Sharing Results with Backers.

Request our team to send out the results of your project to your backers. The Results page provides your backers a breakdown of interesting details gathered by our system; number of cities and countries shipping to, number of items shipping, average pledge amounts and details specific to the backer and their survey details versus the rest of the backers. The information displayed cannot be edited/altered/excluded currently, the data would be shared as-is. Please reach out to hello@backerkit.com or your direct Success Rep for help with Sharing Results with backers or to provide feedback.

Check out the information available on your results page by clicking the "Results Page (Preview »)." link at the top of your Community Feed page.
