How to use FAQs

FAQs build trust by providing transparent answers to common questions, showing creators' dedication to backers. They streamline communication, reducing repetitive inquiries/comments and freeing up creators' time. FAQs also empower backers, helping them self-serve to make informed decisions and boosting campaign conversion rates. FAQs are a vital tool for enhancing transparency, improving communication, and increasing the chances of crowdfunding success.


To set them up, click on "FAQs" on your sidebar and then "Create a New FAQ." Write a succinct question and answer and then save.


Common FAQ topics include your team's refund policy, information about exclusive rewards, shipping details, timeline, product specs (size, materials used), contact info, and retailer-specific questions.


BackerKit will automatically create BackerKit-specific FAQs for each project, but we encourage you to add your own. You can continue to update/add to your FAQs after your project has ended.
