Using Pre-launch Digital Bonuses

Provide a streamlined and official way to distribute digital rewards directly to your pre-launch followers at the time of their follow. This makes it easier for you to encourage sign-ups and gives potential backers an immediate benefit for their interest.

Examples:

A downloadable file: This could be a PDF, a digital art print, or anything else you'd like to share.
A link to an exclusive community: Invite followers to join your private Discord server, Facebook group, or other online community for special updates.

Setting Up a Pre-launch Digital Bonus

Go to Set up Pre-launch Page under Pre-launch in the sidebar of your crowdfunding project
Open the Digital Bonus tab and click + Add New Reward
Choose the Type of reward you want to share:
- Link — Share access via URL to an external service or page (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, Discord invites)
- File — Upload a file for backers to download (e.g., PDF, images, audio, video, ZIP). Max 50MB
- Code — Provide a single shared code that all backers will receive (e.g., promo/discount codes, unlock codes)
Give the reward a short Title (e.g. "Exclusive Wallpaper Pack"), and optionally add instructions or notes for backers
Save. You can add more than one reward by clicking + Add New Reward again

Some Examples of Pre-launch Digital Bonuses:

For RPGs: A Quickstart Guide that offers a teaser of your game.
For Board Games: "Print and Plays" so backers can try out your game.
For Video Games: Beta access to your game.
For Ecommerce: “10% off coupon for your existing store"
