Why use Instant Access Rewards?

Instant Access Rewards let you give backers something special immediately after they pledge. These rewards can be download links, promo codes, or files like PDFs, wallpapers, or music.

By offering instant digital perks, you can reward supporters right away and motivate more people to pledge or choose higher reward tiers with early digital bonuses or exclusive content.

Types

• Link: Share a URL to external content (Dropbox, Private Discord access, DrivethruRPG, etc.).
• Code: Provide promo or unlock codes that all eligible backers receive.
• File: Upload downloadable files (PDFs, images, music, etc., up to 50MB).

How to set it up

1. Go to Items in your project admin.
2. Create the item that will be given as an Instant Access Reward
3. Click "Enable Instant Access"
4. Choose the type:
   • Link: Enter a title, the URL, and optional instructions.
   • Code: Enter a title, the code, and optional instructions.
   • File: Enter a title, upload your file, and add optional instructions.
5. Click Save.

What Backers See

When viewing pledge levels with Instant Access Rewards, the items will be labeled as Instant Access.

• Once a backer pledges for an item with an Instant Access Reward, they’ll will see a section on the pledge confirmation page that displays the digital reward for them to access.
