Can I create reports in BackerKit?

You can create reports containing information about your backers, such as backers that are ready to have their items shipped to them or a custom list of backers that meet certain criteria.

If you want to create reports about backers that meet certain criteria, use our segments feature. You can create a report with the data from your segment.

Don’t use the reporting features under Exports. When you generate a report from the Exports tab, you get a complete report of all of your backers regardless of payment status. If you use a report generated from the Exports tab, you may ship to backers who haven’t updated their address or paid for their add-on items.
