How to mark digital-only orders as shipped.
Orders with digital SKUs and no shippable items will need to be marked as fulfilled in the system to move the order out of a Ready to be Fulfilled status. Digital-only orders can be acknowledged as fulfilled by Segmenting the orders and using Segment Actions to change the status of the orders to Fulfilled.
Note: Be sure to uncheck the "Shippable" box for each digital SKU on the project's SKU page. This removes the digital SKU from fulfillment reports.
- Create a segment using the following filters
- Backer Status Is >> Unfulfilled - Ready to Fulfill
- SKUs >> Not receiving any SKUs that are set to ship
- Click on the Segment Actions tab.
- Scroll down to Mark as Fulfilled and select.
