How to mark digital-only orders as shipped.

Orders with digital SKUs and no shippable items will need to be marked as fulfilled in the system to move the order out of a Ready to be Fulfilled status. Digital-only orders can be acknowledged as fulfilled by Segmenting the orders and using Segment Actions to change the status of the orders to Fulfilled.

  1. Create a segment using the following filters
    1. Backer Status Is >> Unfulfilled - Ready to Fulfill
    2. SKUs >> Not receiving any SKUs that are set to ship
  2. Click on the Segment Actions tab.
  3. Scroll down to Mark as Fulfilled and select.

Be sure to uncheck the "Shippable" box for each digital SKU on the project's SKU page. This removes the digital SKU from fulfillment reports.
