How do I find my Backer ID/Pledge Number?
It is always helpful to include your Backer ID, Pledge, or Pledge Confirmation Number when contacting either Backer Support, or the project team. You can find out how to locate this below!
👉 Surveys: Your pledge number is not available on your survey. Please access the original pledge confirmation on the platform (BackerKit, Kickstarter) you used to pledge to locate this number.
👉 Preorders and late pledges: Since preorders are not placed while the campaign is pledged, you are not an original backer and do not have a traditional pledge, so there is no traditional backer/pledge number. Please contact Support and we can help you out!
BackerKit Crowdfunding:
To find your pledge confirmation number:
- Go to your Profile Avatar
- Your Pledges & Surveys
- Your Pledges on BackerKit Crowdfunding (first tab)
- Once there, click “View Pledge”
- On your order confirmation page. you can view your "Pledge Confirmation number" both at the bottom above your payment information, and at the top under "Thanks for Pledging!"
Kickstarter:
How to find your Kickstarter backer number:
- Log in to Kickstarter
- Click your profile photo in the upper right corner
- Under "Backed Projects", select your project
- Click "View pledge"
- Send a screenshot of your backer number from the bottom of the reward summary page. Please note, this is different from the ‘confirmation number’.
