Who do I contact if I have a question about rewards or the project itself?

The best way to get in touch with a Project Creator is through the original campaign page, either on Kickstarter or Indiegogo.

If you'd like to contact the project creator directly through Kickstarter – click on the "Created by" link at the top of their campaign page, then scroll down to the bottom of the creator info and click "contact me".

If you'd like to contact the project creator through Indiegogo -- On the top right side of the Indiegogo page, there is a link that says "Ask a Question", click that link to contact the project creator directly.
