How to obtain Counts for Production
To obtain product counts for production, we recommend using exports, specifically the SKU Item Counts report.
This report can be found for all surveys regardless of survey completion status on the Export page → this is helpful if you are over-estimating the production of items so that you have inventory for all backers as stragglers fill out the survey.
However, if you want the counts from only confirmed and/or fully paid orders, then you'd want to use Segments.
- For a segment of all confirmed surveys, use segment filter: Backer Status is → Survey Completed - Ready to Lock Orders → Save.
- For a segment of all fully paid surveys, use segment filter: Backer Status is → Survey Completed - Ready to Lock Addresses → Save.
Once the segment is saved, download the same report: SKU Item Counts from its reporting section.
How to obtain Counts for Fulfillment
To obtain product counts for fulfillment, we recommend downloading the same SKU Item Counts report through Segment’s reporting section so that you are able to filter out only orders that are ready for fulfillment.
- For a segment of all orders that are ready for fulfillment, use segment filter: Backer Status is → - Unfulfilled - Ready to Fulfill → Save.
Once the segment is saved, download the same report: SKU Item Counts from its reporting section.
