If you are still having trouble on the backer login page:

  • Try clearing your cache and/or browsing history on your web browser. 
  • Try turning off the auto-fill password feature on your web browser.
  • Try using an incognito/private mode on your web browser.

If you are not receiving a link to reset your password, you may not have a Backer Account on BackerKit. You do not need a Backer Account to access your survey on BackerKit. 

If you are not receiving a link to reset your password,  it may have been marked as spam by your email client. Please check your spam/promotions folder. You can ensure that future messages from BackerKit will reach your main inbox by marking them as important and removing any spam filters for our email address.
