How do I locate a backer's order?

You can locate a backer’s order a few ways within BackerKit (survey or pre-order): 

Option 1: Using the Search Anything field, located at the top of your main dashboard. Type in the backer’s name, email address, or pledge ID

• Click on backer’s name in the dropdown menu to open up the order (pro tip: right click on the backer’s name to open it in new tab)

Option 2: Using the Backers page on the left menu.

• Click on backer’s name to open up the order (pro tip: right click on the backer’s name to open it in new tab)

Once the order is located, you are able to take any action (locking order, charging etc), add complimentary items or credit or leave public/private notes to name a few.
